What the warranty is designed to cover
Our workmanship warranty is intended to protect against defects in the way we install and finish your project — the parts we control. Examples include installation errors, improper jointing, and issues clearly attributable to our workmanship within the warranty term.
What is typically excluded
- Damage from de-icing salts, chemicals, or improper cleaning products.
- Damage from vehicles or equipment exceeding the surface's rated use.
- Natural hairline cracking and colour variation inherent to concrete.
- Movement caused by pre-existing site conditions disclosed prior to work.
- Modifications, repairs, or work performed by other parties after completion.
- Acts of nature, flooding, or extreme events outside normal use.
